Dodger Stadium, located along highway I-5 in the Elysian Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, is home to the Los Angeles Dodgers. Opened in 1962, Dodger Stadium is the third oldest active Major League ballpark.
Seat Selection
- Home Run Seats (Along the left and right field walls)
The Home Run Seats are a premium option at Dodger Stadium with rail seating along the outfield wall and all-inclusive service with options for most ballpark foods and unlimited snacks and drinks. The proximity to the field make these seats idea for pregame batting practice as well as home runs just reaching the wall.
Ballpark Features
- Jackie Robinson Statue
To celebrate the 70th anniversary of Jackie Robinson’s Major League debut, the Dodgers in 2017 unveiled a bronze statue of Jackie Robinson in the left field plaza.
- Sandy Koufax Statue
In 2022, the Dodgers unveiled a bronze status of Sandy Koufax that resides in the center field plaza.
Foods at the Ballpark
- Dodger Dogs and Brooklyn Dogs
Dodger Stadium has some of the best hot dogs among all of the Major League ballparks. If you prefer an all-beef dog, go with the Brooklyn Dog.
Parking and Transportation
Parking is available in the lots around Dodger Stadium. Parking must be purchased in advance or at the gate. However, leaving the ballpark after the game can be a huge challenge with almost all traffic going north or south to highway I-5.
For fans who wants a public transportation option, they can go to Union Station and take the Dodgers Express bus takes to and from the game.
Hotels
There are a couple of options for hotels within walking distance of the ballpark. However, most available hotels will be along I-5 north or south of Dodger Stadium.
