Colorado – Coors Field

Coors Field, located in downtown Denver, CO, is home to the Colorado Rockies. The ballpark lies just off the South Platte River running through downtown and along the rail lines that connect the Colorado Airport to Union Station.

Seat Selection

  • Mile High Seats (Upper Level Purple Row)

The purple row of seats in the upper level that encircle the ballpark mark an elevation of 5,280 feet (or one-mile high) above sea level. Coors Field is Major League Baseball’s highest ballpark and the mile high seats accentuate this feature.

  • Rockpile (Upper Level Center Field)

The seats past the center field wall, also known as the Rockpile, are Coors Field’s most affordable seating.

Ballpark Features

  • The Rooftop

The Rooftop is a standing-room bar area in the upper level in right field. From the Rooftop, enjoy an open view of the game or watch the sun falling behind the Rocky Mountain backdrop.

Foods at the Ballpark

While Coors Field has plenty of your typical ballpark food, there are also plenty of Tex-Mex options which are also found throughout the Denver area.

Parking and Transportation

Coors Field has lots of options for parking with team-owned lots to the east of the ballpark and other privately-owned lots and garages nearby.

For those looking for a public transportation option, trains will drop off fans at Union Station, which is about a two-block walk to the ballpark.

Hotels

Downtown Denver has plenty of options for hotels that are within walking distance. However, hotels on the outer edges of the metropolitan area can be more affordable options.
