- Section 154 (Lower Level 3rd Base)
For most matchups, Rate Field will have plenty of seats.
Previously, anyone who purchased tickets on the upper level would not be permitted to walk on the lower level. This policy has been removed since 2024 and all ticket holder now have access to the lower level.

Champions Plaza is an area outside of the main gate that honors the 2005 Chicago White Sox World Series Championship team. The monument featuring Paul Konerko and Joe Crede highlight the plaza.
Foods at the Ballpark

- Italian Beef
Rate Field has probably the widest selection of foods for all Major League ballparks.
Almost any choice of food at the ballpark will be a great choice, but avoid the pizza.
Parking and Transportation
Rate Field has plenty of its own parking around the ballpark and a parking lot can be access from any direction. All spots are reserved through Spot Hero so reserve before coming to the game.
The Metro Red Line also runs right next to Rate Field. If you want to avoid traffic, use public transit and take the Metro Red Line to go to the game.
Hotels
There are no hotels nearby Rate Field.
Hotels in downtown Chicago are typically nearby the Metro line, which makes it convenient to take the train to the game.
Hotels by Chicago Midway Airport can be a more affordable option for places to stay when visiting Chicago, but you will either need to drive to the ballpark or take an Uber or Lyft.
