Progressive Field upper level view

Cleveland – Progressive Field

Progressive Field rises along the southern edge of downtown Cleveland as the longtime home of the Cleveland Guardians, a ballpark designed specifically to anchor baseball in the city’s urban core.

Opened in 1994, it forms part of the Gateway District alongside the arena next door, creating a central hub for Cleveland sports. The park’s intimate layout, fan‑friendly sightlines, and skyline views make it a defining local landmark, and its location places fans within easy reach of major highways and public transit routes.

For more than three decades, Progressive Field has been the Guardians’ signature stage, tying the team’s modern era to the city’s broader story of revival and pride.
